Its all a vicious circle...If you can't forgive,You can never forget.
All forgiving is no easier than forgetting...It is like a deadlock where niether one can forget nor forgive...:(
If we cannot forgive and forget, we can become prisoners of our own mind.
So many hold grudges and they are only hurting themselves.
It's best to move on and forget those that have caused us pain.
Not always easy but it's the only way to have peace of mind.

Plainly forgive..even though its damn TOUGH to forget.
But sometimes you have to do it. you have to force yourself into forgetting something and forgiving someone just to make the someone happy.

Forgive..? Well, depends. 'Cos there are certain things which, to me, cannot be forgiven. Hypocrisy, tops that list.
But sometimes, you have to swallow it. At least when your dear one wants u to forgive him/her. I can do that. As long as there is no element of hypocrisy.
So, as I said, boils down to the person. The event. The moment.

I can frogive easily, but forgetting is a job the mind finds quite hard to do. Its only human.

exactly!! somewhere we like to believe we have been forgiven but a person can never forget (technically speaking--unless ofcourse he is suffering from amnesia) and if one cannot forget, he/she can never forgive completely...hurt always remains!!
